  • Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Chickpeas: 1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • Coconut milk (light): 1 cup
  • Vegetable broth: 1 cup
  • Spinach: 3 cups, fresh or frozen

Instructions
